Terms of service.
UNITED KINGDOM & IRELAND
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of being placed. We ship parcels in the united kingdom and Ireland with Royal mail, Parcel Force & DHL. We also offer an express service with DHL which is an estimated 1-2 working day service.
A signature may be requested on delivery.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery online using our returns portal. If the time period exceeds 30 days, please contact us via email at info@spencerwilliams.co.uk.
You may be eligible for a refund if requested within 30 days of delivery. After that, we can only offer an exchange or store credit* within 90 days of delivery.
Please note we do not cover the return shipping fees for unwanted items.
Item(s) must:
• Not have been worn, washed, assembled, or fully unpackaged
• Still have original tags/labels attached
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
*Store credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@spencerwilliams.co.uk.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@spencerwilliams.co.uk and mail your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
